About Lemala Ewanjan Serengeti Camp

  • Close Panel

Lemala operates luxury small tented camps in Northern Tanzania. They are located in great locations and offer spacious very comfortable accommodation and sumputous bush dining.

Lemala Ewanjan opened in June 2010 and will operate all year round (except in the long rains) as it is in a central location good for game all year in the Seronera Valley. The camp is on the western slopes of Makoma Hills with amazing views over the Serengeti plains, ideal for watching the migration, the grasslands or the sunsets! The popular game viewing areas of central southern and western serengeti are in easy reach, giving you chance to enjoy days out in the park and returning to this private camp and the solitude and personal service it prides itself on.

There are just seven luxury tents set out along the valley each with two queen size or one king size beds with duvets, they have flush toilets, large safari showers with running water, high quality wooden furniture and floors and an outdoor lounger. The tents have 24 hour solar lighting.

The central mess tent offers seperate living and dining areas with a bar and has cosy sofas, rugs and areas to relax.

We recommend a minimum of three nights here, unless you are transitting through to the North of Serengeti.

Pricing guidelines for Tanzania

  • Open Panel

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £600 to £800 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Tanzania can combine easily with other East African countries.

For each accommodation on this website you will find an indication of the price. The bands are based on the price per person per night at peak season and are represented by the following values for this country:

  £50 to £150
