This colonial style lodge house is set in 30 acres of land and surrounded by trees, lakes and mountains. There is a swimming pool, trout fishing and stables.
Sitting on the slopes of Mount Meru and just 30 minutes from the airport this is an ideal base to explore the area from a tranquil location. Built as a German farmhouse about 100 years ago, the house has a solid feel to it with roaring fires in winter and views from the verandah across the gardens. There are hundreds of species of birds and colobus monkeys in the trees.
There are ten en-suite rooms, mostly in garden cottages, some rooms in the main house.
