The Mbalageti Serengeti is located in the Western corridor of the Serengeti National Park. Mbalageti Serengeti is on the Mwamyeni hill and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Serengeti plains and the Mbalageti River.
The lodge has seven standard rooms, and 24 luxury tented chalets. The chalets are made of wood and rock, are all en-suite, and have a private verandah.
Facilities include a restaurant, swimming pool, bar, lounge loft and two small shops.

Best times to go
Tanzania's main rainy season runs from April until the beginning of June. There is also a short rainy season in November. Being in the Western Corridor Mbalageti is well placed when the Great Migration heads northwards towards the Masai Mara (Normally April - June.)
