Riverdene Lodge

Riverdene Lodge offers luxury accommodation in a graciously restored former frontier homestead in the 20,000 hectare Shamwari Game Reserve. Accommodation is a 9 air conditioned suites, each with TV, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, ensuite bathroom, small private lounge and own patio area. The main lodge facilities include indoor and outdoor dining areas, 2 spacious lounges, extensive gardens and an inviting infinity swimming pool. There is also a viewing deck with views over Bushmans River. 

There are ample game viewing opportunities in the private reserve. Game drives take place in the morning and evening, in special open vehicles with your own experienced ranger. Guided game walks are also offered. Guests can visit one of the two Born Free Cat Sanctuaries. Children are welcome at Riverdene Lodge and can enjoy a number of specially organised activities and have their own children's menu. Older guests can enjoy a range of spa treatments at the nearby Long Lee Manor.
