Kagga Kamma is in the southern Cederberg Mountains away from modern life and noise. Escape to the wilderness and enjoy the huge skies, stars at night and smell the earth.
There are two accommodations to choose from here, the lodge has rooms actually built into the rocks and the camp has full size beds out in the open so you can really sleep under the stars!
Bushman Lodge offers a choice of accommodation; there are five spacious en suite thatched rondavels, suitable for families with children. There are also ten unique 'cave suites' which have a private terrace, en suite bathrooms and twin beds. Built against the mountain, the buildings blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The lodge has an indoor restaurant and outdoor dining area, bar and gardens and a swimming pool and health treatments.
Outcrop Open Air Camp is situated on a remote rocky outcrop far away from the lodge providing shelter in the rocks in a full size cosy bed under the stars. You can book this sleepout from the lodge at a supplement and either take dinner at the lodge then transfer out to your rocky hideaway or take a picnic meal out where your campfire and choice of drinks awaits you. Nights here are typically crisp and clear, perfect for sleeping under the stars.
