Arniston Hotel is looks out over the Indian Ocean and offers a wide range of amenities and activities.

The guest rooms are all comfortably furnished and have ensuite bathroom, mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms have views either over the sea or the garden and swimming pool.

The restuarant serves traditional South African cuisine and a selection of local award-winning wines. The large bar area is a perfect place to relax. The spa offers a range of treatments. The hotel also has internet access and a gift shop.

Guests can explore the fishing village of Arniston, go for hikes, visit nature reserves and beaches and go bird watching. Arniston is also a good place for whale watching between June and November. Nearby sporting facilities include a golf course, squash and tennis courts.

We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.
