    About An African Villa

    • Close Panel

Three historic terraced houses link together creating an impressive twelve bedroom city villa. The Villa is situated half way between the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and Table Mountain Cableway in a quiet residential quarter. It is a short walk from the city centre.

Breakfasts are served either in a spacious dining room or, weather permitting, al fresco, in a courtyard beside the pool. There is a huge welcoming kitchen area and friendly, smiling staff to assist you. They are happy to show you around the house and give you local information to help you find your way around Cape Town.

Facilities at the Villa include: a library with free internet access and a plunge pool. There are two comfortable lounges and an honesty bar. Tea and coffee is freely available. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and use the fridge.

All rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms; heating in winter; television (with MNet); electronic wall safes; telephone with private line; hair dryers; all rooms have air-conditioning. There are three standards of room here (standard, classic and superior).

Standard rooms (2) are street facing and downstairs, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin, twin or king beds.

Classic rooms (5) also en-suite with shower, toilet and basin with twin or king beds and are courtyard facing.

Superior rooms (5) are upstairs with street facing or mountain facing balcony with outdoor furniture, en-suites include baths as well as showers, twin or king beds.

    Pricing guidelines for South Africa

    • Open Panel

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £600 to £800 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). South Africa combines well with Botswana, Mauritius and Mozambique.

For a specific personal quote based on any tailor made itinerary you have in mind, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
