Is it for you?
This is not an arduous trekking trip, and is very varied, so really it is ideal for most people wanting a diverse experience of Nepal. Children will also love it, though if you decide to keep in the rafting element, we'd recommend no younger than about 12 years old. You can always tweak the itinerary to remove this element though.
Best time
September to May, which avoids the monsoon season. The months of December and January are quite cold, especially higher up of course, but can still be a nice time to do this trip.
Getting there
You need to fly to Kathmandu. There are no direct flights from the UK, so you need to go via India or the Middle East. Flights cost from roughly £700 depending on the date and availability.
