If you love experiencing other cultures and have a taste for the great outdoors, this part of Northern Morocco will be perfect for you! You'll get to do a lot of walking - including trekking through the Rif Mountains as mules carry your luggage - you'll get to see many aspects of Moroccan culture and history, and you'll enjoy some very good food. You'll stay in local Berber houses (simple accommodation, great hospitality) and guesthouses, and you'll come back well exercised and with a mass of wonderful memories.

3. Day 3 (Mon): Drive to the Rif Mountains. (B, D)
4. Days 4-5 (Tues, Wed): Rif Mountains Trek. (B, L, D)
6. Day 6 (Thurs): Trek to Chefchaouen. (B, L, D)
7. Day 7 (Fri): Drive to Moulay Idriss, Volubilis and then to Fez. (B)
8. Day 8 (Sat): Transfer to airport. If flights selected, return to the UK. (B)

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.
International flights will add from about £200 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). We offer flights with Royal Air Maroc which has daily flights to Marrakech as well as good connections to other cities.
