About Toubkal Lodge

  • Close Panel

Toubkal Lodge offers very comfortable accommodation in the dramatic setting of the High Atlas Mountains. The lodge has 4 guest rooms, each with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. There is a lovely lounge with picture windows and music system. Meals are served in the attractive dining area and picnic lunches can be provided for guests taking full day hikes from the lodge. The lodge is kept warm by solar-powered underfloor heating and there is a wood burning stove in the lounge.

Outside there is a lovely terrace, where guests can enjoy mint tea while admiring the views of the snow-capped Toubkal Massif. The lodge has been built in traditional style, to blend in with the environment and local village buildings. Inside, local wood has been used for ceilings, doors and furniture.

The lodge is owned and run by the owners of the Kasbah du Toubkal in Imlil and stays at the two properties can easily be combined. The lodge is a pleasant half or full day (depending on route taken) trek from the kasbah. Alternatively it can be reached by 4x4 vehicles from Imlil. Guests staying here can enjoy a range of treks and circular rouites, taking in the beautiful scenery and local Berber villages, as well as simply relaxing in the comfort of the lodge, enjoying the delicious food and admiring the wonderful mountain views.

Pricing guidelines for Morocco

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £200 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). We offer flights with Royal Air Maroc which has daily flights to Marrakech as well as good connections to other cities.

For each accommodation on this website you will find an indication of the price. The bands are based on the price per person per night at peak season and are represented by the following values for this country:
