One of the few Moroccan-owned riads in Marrakesh, Riad Mehdi is a delight. One of its courtyard walls is the city wall, and on entering you are met with welcoming ochre-coloured buildings and a swimming pool.

It is close to the Saadian tombs and Royal Palace, and not too far away from the Djemmaa el Fna. It has 9 beautifully decorated rooms with air-con/heating. It also has an excellent spa with a hammam and various treatments available such as massage. It'’s a gem.

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £250 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Many clients book their own flights with Easyjet or similar.
