    • Close Panel

Cottar's Camp is in the South East of the Masai Mara, bordering the Serengeti and Loliondo reserves in Tanzania. It is located within a 22,000 acre exclusive wildlife concession. The camp has 5 spacious tents luxuriously furnished with safari antiques from the 1920s, giving an atmosphere reminiscent of a past era of romance, adventure and elegance. Each tent has private en-suite dressing rooms/bathrooms with safari-style canvas baths, bucket showers and flushing lavatories plus traditional paraffin lights. The Cottar'’s Safari tradition began in 1919. Nearly ninety years on, the family continues to provide this unparalleled safari experience to discerning clients from all over the world.

Alternatively guests can relax at the camp, which has a tented reading room with a range of books and magazines. There is a also a natural rock swimming pool with surrounding hammocks. Pricing guidelines for Kenya

    • Open Panel

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £400 to £800 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Kenya combines well with Tanzania or Uganda.

For a specific personal quote based on any tailor made itinerary you have in mind, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
