    About Sherbagh

    • Close Panel

Sherbagh is a lovely tented camp set in the buffer zone of Ranthambore National Park. Set in spacious grounds, the accommodation is in a wide crescent of tents fitted out in the style of colonial hunting tents, with teak and rosewood furniture. The tents are large and very comfortable, erected on a permanent base. Each has a bathroom with shower and hot water. Privacy is assured by the plentiful greenery which surrounds them.

The new dining room is sophisticated and spacious, the perfect place for meals when it's too hot or cool to eat outdoors. Meals can also be served al fresco in fine weather and dinner can be taken around the campfire. Guests can relax in the 'club room', a cosy spot with comfortable leather sofas. a well-stocked bar and a range of games. There is also a collection of books on wildlife for guests to read. The new lap pool overlooks fields and the Aravalli hills and is a great place to relax between game drives. There is also a spa tent set on the edge of the camp, for guests who want to be pampered. The camp has its own vegetable gardens which have recently been extended and provide all the fresh fruit and vegetables for the camp. Guests are welcome to visit these gardens. There is a very personal level of service at the camp which ensiures a friendly atmosphere. This is a comfortable and stylish jungle camp.

    Pricing guidelines for India

    • Open Panel

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £450 to £700 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). India combines well with Nepal.

For a specific personal quote based on any tailor made itinerary you have in mind, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
