    About Rajvilas

    • Close Panel

Set amidst thirty-two acres of beautiful gardens, the Oberoi Rajvilas is a luxurious retreat from the hustle and bustle of city. About twenty minutes by car from the heart of the pink city, Rajvilas is an ideal spot to spend a day or two exploring the vibrant Pink City.

At first sight, Rajvilas looks like an ancient Rajasthan fort, but in fact it has been newly constructed, although the landscaped grounds house a 250 year old temple. The main building holds the lobby and restaurant, with rooms housed in small blocks of three or four rooms, clustered around their own courtyard or in luxurious tents. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a mixture of antique fittings and modern facilities, with sunken marble bathtubs looking onto a private ornamental garden. Each air conditioned tent is built around permanent walls with teak floors and a canvas roof and are full of charm and character.

The Oberoi hotels are famous for their first class service and attention to detail, and Rajvilas is no exception to this, with visitors treated like royalty. All rooms have 24 hour butler service and meals can either be eaten in the restaurant, in the gardens or served in the rooms.

    Pricing guidelines for India

    • Open Panel

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £450 to £700 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). India combines well with Nepal.

For a specific personal quote based on any tailor made itinerary you have in mind, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
