The Eclipse is the most comfortable expedition vessel cruising the Galapagos Islands, and preserves the attention to details and atmosphere of the best smaller boats. Other vessels of this size in the Galapagos accommodate about twice the number of passengers of the Eclipse, but the emphasis onboard Eclipse is firmly on comfort and accommodation is spacious.
The staterooms are all well propertioned and have ensuite bathrooms with either bath or shower. All are air conditioned and have sea views. The staterooms on the main deck have portholes while the deluxe and superior staterooms on boat deck have picture windows. Two of the deluxe staterooms have an extra bed so can accommodate 3 passengers. Cabins are serviced three times a day.
Amenities include a comfortable lounge, where evening briefings take place and a well-stocked library. There is an indoor dining room as well as an al fresco dining area. Meals are served buffet style. All guests are given a free bottle of water on arrival and there are numerous refill points on the boat. Outdoors the observation/sun deck is a popular place for relaxation and enjoying the views. This deck also houses the jacuzzi and two cross training machines. Eclipse has indoor and outdoor bars and a boutique selling souvenirs and clothing.
