Located next to the famous Angermeyer's Point restaurant, the Waterfront Inn opened in 2007 and provides comfortable accommodation on the waterfront overlooking the bay. It is within easy reach of downtown Puerto Ayora and has its own beach and is a few minutes walk from the beach at Finch Bay.
The comfortable rooms all have ensuite bathrooms, television, internet access, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 16 rooms in total including 7 superior rooms, which have king sized beds and large bay windows with of the port.
The inn has a guest lounge and offers a full bar service. The generous buffet breakfast is served on the patio each morning, where guests can enjoy fresh fruit juice, toast, homemade rolls, pancakes, bacon and cheese. The hotel serves lunch and dinner, too. The waterfront location provides excellent views of Academy Bay and of Santa Cruz island. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. The inn provides a laundry service (for a small fee) and can arrange transfers to and from the airport.
This is a perfect place to relax and a stay here can be combined with a cruise of the islands. The port town of Puerto Ayora, with its restaurants, bars and shops, is just a two minute water taxi ride away. The world famous Charles Darwin Research Centre is on the outskirts of the town.
