Spend the night in luxury in Quito, before embarking on the drive north to the Andean town of Otavalo, famous for its crafts market. Then head south via the Avenue of Volcanoes to Cotopaxi National Park and the highest active volcano in the world. The final week of your South America holiday is a luxury wildlife cruise of the Galapagos Islands.
