Otavalo Market Extension
Visit the colourful Indian Market of Otavalo and explore the surrounding countryside and Andean Indian villages. The main market day in Otavalo is on Saturday.
Puerto Lopez and the Pacific Coast
A visit to Puerto Lopez is an excellent way to wind down at the end of a trip to Ecuador. The atmosphere is relaxed, the beaches white and sandy and the coastal scenery stunning. An added bonus is Humback Whale watching from June to September.
Rainforest and the Galapagos Islands
This trip gives you a taste of the variety which Ecuador has to offer. Explore the Amazon rainforest - take hikes, birdwatch, and explore the rainforest canopy. Your last week is a wonderful wildlife cruise in the Galapagos Islands.
Termas Papallacta Extension
Two hours east of Quito, Termas Papallacta is set in 625 acres of private reserve. You can relax here in the natural hot springs and spa treatments, or enjoy a more adventurous stay with hiking and rafting and other activities.
The Inca Trail to Ingapirca
Travel by road from Quito through the Avenue of the Volcanoes to Achupallas. From here trek for 3 days on ancient Inca trails through wonderful mountain scenery, past lagoons and mountain peaks. The trip ends in Cuenca.
