The nü house is a modern boutique hotel right in the heart of Quito's new town. It is on Plaza Foch which is the focus for bars and restaurants. It is an ultra-modern hotel recently converted from an older building. Minimalism is the theme here, with very clean cut lines, fashionable furniture, and modern art. They have used an interesting mix of materials to create the look including wood, rough hewn stone, leather and luxury textiles.

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £750 to £1000 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Ecuador combines very well with Peru, but can also be linked with Brazil.
