Mansion Alcazar is a renovated 1870s house that once belonged to the President of Ecuador, set in the heart of Cuenca, a UNESCO World Heritage Trust site. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors and is a mixture of rooms and suites. These vary in size and decor, with all furnishings being made locally. The ensuite bathrooms feature Cuenca marble.
Guest facilities include an elegant restaurant which overlooks the attractive gardens with some tables and chairs for alfresco dining, a separate bar and lounge area. There is also a laundry service and free internet access.
