The Vila d'Este is located on a cliff overlooking the famous Joao Fernandes Beach, close to the city centre of Buzios with its tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Villa d'Este is an Italian-style villa providing comfortable accommodation in 14 rooms. All feature ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, television with cable TV, mini bar and direct dial telephone. The Bistro overlooks the sea and serves a wide range of Brazilian and Mediterranean cuisine. It also serves a daily buffet breakfast. The bar offers guests an opportunity to sit back and unwind while enjoying some of the best cocktails in Buzios. The guesthouse also has an outdoor swimming pool where guests can relax.

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £700 to £900 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Brazil combines with Peru, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands due to scheduled flights, so, for example, it makes a good beach stop after Peru or Ecuador.
