Khwai Tented Camps is part of African Bush Camps and is a perfect example of a local community living in harmony with wildlife. Khwai area is just north of the Moremi Game Reserve and has some wonderful game viewing, especially along the Khwai river.
The camp is small, with just 4 tents, which are in the style of the old 'East Africa Meru' accommodation with large walk in, en-suite safari tents. Rustic luxury is the best way to describe this camp! An authentic African safari experience sleeping under canvas but with comfortable facilities.
From here, day and night game drives, walking and visits to the local village can be enjoyed.
