Ichobezi House Boats are two state of the art luxury safari boats moored at Impalila Island where the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers meet at the end of Namibia's Caprivi Strip. The boats have 4 spacious twin en-suite cabins for guest use, with sliding windows opening onto the water. Each room has a transparent mosquito screen. Each bedroom has an electricity supply.

Each boat has a plunge pool where guests can cool off. and chilled refreshments are always on hand. The onboard chef prepares fine African cuisine tailored to clients' needs.

Guests on the Ichobezi can enjoy a range of activities including game viewing from the comfort of the boat or from the 2 tenderboats, birding and fishing, cultural tours of local villages or simply relaxing on board the boat.

The boats are based at Ichingo River Lodge where you can also overnight.

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £700 to £1000 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Botswana combines well with Zambia and South Africa.

For each accommodation on this website you will find an indication of the price. The bands are based on the price per person per night at peak season and are represented by the following values for this country:
