    About Pom Pom Camp

    • Close Panel

Pom Pom Camp is located on Pom Pom Island in a private concession in the Okavango Delta, on the western edge of the Moremi Game Reserve. The Delta covers an area of some 16,000 square kilometres and supports a wealth of flora and fauna.

The camp is set under a grove of trees offering shade from the sun and overlooks a lagoon, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. There are 9 luxury safari tents, all with en-suite faciltites. The main building, under thatch and canvas, houses the lounge, dining area and bar as well as the pool. There is also a gift shop and boma area.

Activities offered include game drives, night drives, mokoro trips and walks. The best game viewing is offered in the Delta, where guests have the opportunity of seeing all major predators, a variety of big game and plains game, as well as an abundance of bird life.

    Pricing guidelines for Botswana

    • Open Panel

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £700 to £1000 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Botswana combines well with Zambia and South Africa.

For a specific personal quote based on any tailor made itinerary you have in mind, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
