Duba Plains is an intimate, 6 tent camp situated in a 30,000 hectare game reserve in a remote area of the Okavango Delta. The camp is set on an island amongst tall ebony and fig trees and surrounded by expansive floodplains and grasslands.
The spacious tents all have en-suite bathrooms with flush toilet and outside showers. Each has its own veranda overlooking the floodplains. The lounge and dining areas are set under thatch and raised off the ground. There is a plunge pool and a large deck area where guests can relax.
Activities offered include day and night game drives in open Land Rovers, mokoro trips in the delta and guided walking safaris. The area is known for its plentiful wildlife and there are opportunities to see lions, buffalos, elephants, cheetahs, wildebeest and hippos. There is also abundant bird life.
