Baines Camp offers high quality accommodation in a tranquil setting in the Okavango Delta bordering the Moremi Game Reserve.

There are suites standing on raised platforms with individual wooden decks offering views over the Boro River and a lagoon teaming with wildlife and great star gazing views at night. Each bedroom is decorated with draped fabrics and has a four-poster bed and some can be wheeled onto the deck so you can sleep under just a mossie net and enjoy the night stars!

The main area has a large open deck where meals can be taken while enjoying views of the lagoon. There is a swimming pool in which guests can cool off and relax.

Activites include mokoro and motorised boat safaris and guided walking safaris.

We hope the following will give you a rough idea of costs. These are quoted per person based on twin share for two people, without international flights but including internal flights. We’ve used good standard accommodation throughout. There are nearly always ways to spend more money than we’ve suggested (!), but these prices show a good and realistic range for each type of trip.

International flights will add from about £700 to £1000 depending on the season and route (unless the airlines have special offers). Botswana combines well with Zambia and South Africa.

For each accommodation on this website you will find an indication of the price. The bands are based on the price per person per night at peak season and are represented by the following values for this country:
