7 days from £2500pp plus international flights.
Laikipia, Lake Naivasha and the Masai Mara - a wonderful combination of places to enjoy the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Kenya.
Laikipia is a plateau region north west of Nairobi. It's quite a unique area which far fewer people visit than the more well known spots. It has some spectacular landscapes, and the wildlife here can be excellent. Mugie Wildlife Reserve where you have 2 days on this safari has a good range of wildlife and is part of the Laikipia Predator Project too.
At Lake Naivasha, one of the Great Rift Valley lakes, the birdlife is excellent, there are hippos, black and white colobus monkeys and a nearby game corridor means that zebras, giraffes and many antelopes are frequently seen. It's also just a lovely place to relax for couple of days, especially staying at either Chui or Kiangazi Lodge, both of which offer great accommodation.
Moving on to the Masai Mara you will be based for two nights at the lovely Royal Mara Safari Lodge in the Mara North Conservancy. It's only 10 minutes from Leopard Gorge and about 30 minutes from the nearest Migration river crossing point. Whether you come at the time of the Migration (July to October) or at any other time, the Mara never fails to disappoint wildlife lovers.
This is a private tailor made holiday which we can arrange at a time to suit you. You will be seemlessly transferred from place to place using flights to ensure you have the maximum time possible enjoying the wildlife and wilderness instead of travelling. You will be guided by the resident guides in each property.
